General
1. The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed prior.
2. You may post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
3. You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission.
4. You can use my works as desktop wallpaper, avatar/etc.
5. You cannot use my arts for training an AI.
6. I am not interested in selling my works as NFTs.
Commissions
1. You should have a clear image of your character.
2. I can change any part of design at your request if you have an image of how you want this part to look, BUT if you only have separate references for different parts of your character (face, hair, clothing items, etc.), the order will be considered as custom and the final price may differ.
3. I bring a sketch and then the finished work for confirmation. You can ask to send you more steps, you can also ask to show the process at any point in the work after the sketch is confirmed.
4. You may requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces also. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.
5. I may post your finished commission everywhere on my socials, unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to use your commission as an example for other customers in personal communication in any case.
6. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.
Payment
1. Payments will be made in USD through donation platform Boosty (you can paid with card) or Hipolink (you can paid with PayPal or card).
2. I start work after 100% prepayment.
3. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any refunds due to the specificity of platforms I use. Be sure that I will not refuse a commission if I have already received payment!
4. It's totally okay if you cancel your order before payment, but please let me know as soon as you make a decision!
